Off the pool enter into the game room including pool table, arcade games and flat screen TVs. This floor has a kitchen and Theatre Room also! Take the elevator to the third floor and be ready to be wowed by the amazing views, beautiful amenities and if you like to cook and entertain just wait, it's amazing really. Saturday to Saturday, 7 day rentals only during the season. Off season, please inquire about less than a week stay.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. Cleaners are very prompt!
Linens and bath towels are included. Bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally. Ask property manager for info after booking to reserve them early.
Emerald Hideaway is pet friendly. Dogs only, no more than 2 per stay. Pet fee is per pet. Please add the 35.00 per night pet fee at time of booking, or let the Property Manager know after booking so she can add it. Property Manager will need to add second pet fee, so please let her know after booking.
Pool may be heated for an additional $625. Contact your property manager, she will need at least a 24 hour notice.
All guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, only if guests report the damages BEFORE CHECK OUT to property manager.
Elevator inside home runs to all 3 levels.
Parking: 4 cars can park inside under house, 6 cars comfortably in driveway.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
No smoking allowed.

  We rented Emerald Hideaway to host a destination wedding. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. We had enough space to accommodate the whole wedding party and us parents. We did have an issue with no water on the 4th floor or hot water the morning of the wedding which meant we all took cold showers. But when I notified the property manager of the issue the next day, she had the maintenance person come out right away. There was also no AC on the third floor later in the week, but again the property manager was quick to get an HVAC company out to rectify the issue. Overall we made the best of the situation, but it was a bit disappointing that my husband and I did lose time exploring the area since we hung back at the house while the issues were being addressed. We also think there is a leak in the hot tub as we had to add quite a bit of water several times during our stay. This was an expensive house to rent for the week and with the issues we had, I don't think it was worth the money

  We stayed at Emerald Hideaway for a week in September with family and friends (16 total). We had a relaxing week and made memories. The house has a great layout, the kitchen is well stocked, has high end appliances and there's plenty of seating inside and out. The pool area is very nice and has easy beach access. The property manager was very easy to work with and replied to requests in a timely manner.

  Great house with so many amenities and places for people to be together or have some quiet time. Kitchen stocked and worked well for a large group! Will rent this house again! The view is also spectacular especially from the top deck
