Crystal Sea-a luxury home BEYOND your expectations! This 4 BR, 4 1/2 BA home comfortably sleeps 12. The Master Suite, with a King size bed, located on the top floor, boasts gorgeous ocean views with an entire wall of windows. The private Master bathroom has a large jetted tub, a unique curved double vanity, a custom tile shower, and a huge walk-in closet to store all that vacation luggage and souvenirs. The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, with ocean views, and has it's own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom three has a King size bed, and bedroom four has two Single size bunk beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with double vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo. **Summer Prime Season: This is a Saturday to Saturday rental only during Prime Season. Off season is more flexible with minimum stays down to 3 nights and flexible check in/out days.
The top floor of the home, which also houses that amazing Master Suite, features an oceanfront living room with vaulted ceilings. The living room opens up to the Gourmet Chef's Ocean View Kitchen. This impressive kitchen has high end appliances, double ovens, a commercial 48" gas cooktop with grill & griddle, an over-sized refrigerator, wine cooler, an ocean view island with plenty of seating, and finally a smaller island with a prep sink and built-in ice maker! To continue to awe it's guests, there is a double fireplace connecting the kitchen to the large, oceanfront, window-lined dining room. There are plenty of outside dining options on the large oceanfront deck as well, or the kitchen island or bar area. This floor also has the half bath.
The second floor, besides housing three bedrooms, has access onto an oceanfront deck with a hot tub, and another comfortably decorated living room/playroom.
The ground floor includes a tiled foyer with both stair and elevator access, and an oversized double garage. The elevator makes three stops to ground, middle, and top floors. This floor also has the fourth full bathroom, with a stand up shower.
An added bonus for this home is that there are two laundry rooms!
After relaxing on the beach right in front of your vacation home, don't forget to take the kiddos over to one of the pool choices in the community on the Sound side of the main island road. One has lots of shaded area, and a snack bar! There are tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and walking trails in the Beacon's Reach Community. Parking 4 cars comfortably, two inside the garages under house, and two in the driveway.

  We have been staying at this house for several years now and love it. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood and it’s the perfect place for a family vacation. You have the beach to yourselves and don’t have to worry about finding a spot in the crowd. The home has a beautiful gourmet kitchen with all the bells and whistles. The upstairs has the master suite with the other 3 bedrooms on the middle floor. Perfect for Mom and Dad to have the quiet upstairs and the kids to have their own space. The middle floor has a gaming console and also a hot tub on the covered deck. There is a gate on the walkway to the beach so any pets can roam the decks on all three floors without being able to get out. There is a beach wagon and other goodies for your use if needed. The property has two sets of washers/dryers, an ice maker, and an elevator to make your stay easier. Also, the property manager, Heather, is easy to talk to, quick to reply to any messages, and so very helpful with anything you may need. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. I only wish I could visit it more often.
