Easy Breezy welcomes you to The Crystal Coast! Beautiful ocean views from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo. Easy Breezy is brand new to the rental market, and newly redecorated with a comfortable beachy vibe. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and views of the ocean with your own private patio. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on top and full size bed on the bottom. The living room also has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. (Unit can sleep up to 8 people). Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. Kitchen has granite counters, stove, built-in microwave, fridge, and a washer and dryer. There is a nice size pantry to store all your fun vacation snacks. There are 4 chairs at the dining table, and a bench to easily seat 6 people. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter for more seating. Kitchen is well-stocked for all your vacation meal prep, and the unit feels spacious and inviting.
Amenities Galore! 3 oceanfront outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and an outdoor hot tub. There is plenty of room for sunbathing, and relaxing after a dip in the pool. Ginger's Cafe is a poolside eatery, so no one will go hungry while at the pool. There are 3 private beach accesses in the complex for guests to get to the ocean. There are 2 lighted tennis courts and a basketball court, and a grilling and picnic area. There is also an indoor heated pool, an indoor hot tub, a sauna, a professionally equipped exercise room, and 2 racquetball courts-all located in the Sports Complex on site. One indoor court houses air hockey, ping pong, and foosball. There is also a snack bar, game room, and beach store where you can play pool and play a video game or two.
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
Linens and bath towels are included with this rental. Please bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally if needed-ask the property manager for this info after booking so you can get them reserved now.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. Sunday to Sunday during prime summer season!
All At Waves Edge guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, ONLY IF GUESTS REPORT the DAMAGES BEFORE CHECK OUT to the PROPERTY MANAGER.
The NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is very close by, as well as many wonderful restaurants, shopping, and a well groomed golf course at The Country Club of the Crystal Coast. Explore historic Beaufort by the Sea for a day, and see the many artifacts from the Queen Anne's Revenge-Blackbeard the Pirate's infamous ship- at the Beaufort Maritime Museum. Book a deep sea fishing adventure, take an eco-tourism sailboat ride, or head by ferry to Cape Lookout Island and see the lighthouse! Don't forget about Fort Macon. Learn about the history of one of the most well-preserved forts in the United States, and see some gorgeous views. Visit the Rachel Carson Nature Preserve, go scuba diving, parasailing, or do the Beaufort Waterbug Tour and learn about our Shackleford Ponies. The Big Rock Blue Marlin Fishing Tournament, the Seafood Festival, the Chocolate Festival, Chowder & Cheer Pub Crawl, and the Holiday Flotillas on the water are just some of our famous local events.   Roomy condo & great location. But sockets in both bathrooms didn't work, vertical blinds in living room didn't work properly & when taking a shower in master bathroom your feet took a bath due to poor drainage! Didn't report problems because we didn't want maintenance workers while we were on vacation. Problems didn't stop us from enjoying our grandbaby's first beach trip.
