This home is beautifully appointed with an open concept, kitchen, dining and living room, half bath and primary bedroom on the first floor. The family can gather together around the large island and cook together, play games, or just hang out. Right off of the living room is a wonderful screened-in porch with a table a seating for 6. Out by the screened-in porch is a wonderful outdoor kitchen with a gas grill provided for cookouts with family and friends.
On the second floor there 2 bedrooms each with their own bath. There is also a back staircase that leads to a nice bedroom over the garage also with its own bathroom. This room has two sets of bunkbeds.
Each bedroom has its own TV with streaming channels.

Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a beautiful pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.
Just a short distance into town, enjoy the shops, restaurants or take a ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.
This is a pet friendly property. There is a 35.00 fee per night for your pet.
Once you book, I will be sending the rules and regulations for Beau Coast for you to read over and sign to acknowledge you accept their rules.

You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent this property.
Dogs 40lbs and under are allowed. No more than 2 dogs.
No smoking or vaping in the unit.
Linens and towels are provided. Only 1 towel and 1 washcloth is provided so you may want to bring extra. A washer and dryer is available in the home.
Only guests renting in Beau Coast are allowed to use the amenities.
Please keep the noise to a minimum after 11:00. There are no parties or loud music allowed.
There is a 3-ring binder in the unit that has lots of information for your stay. Check out instructions, community rules restaurants in the area and also information on nightlife, fishing etc.

  We had a relaxing week at Tidal Treasure. It is a lovely, spacious home conveniently located near the entrance to Beau Coast and the nice waterfront. The first floor main bedroom was nice for my elderly mother to use. The kitchen was equipped with the basic equipment and dishes. The house was in excellent condition and we thought the linens and towels were extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was with the garage opener. After we got the code (which you have to request) we still had some issues opening it with the keypad. We would absolutely recommend the house!

  Stayed here for a 3 night girls trip. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The neighborhood and homes were charming. We were able to enjoy the pool which was large, clean and had plenty of tables and chairs. The location is great, just a couple miles to downtown Beaufort and a quick drive to the ocean front. We will be back fro sure!

  *Our family of nine had a wonderful time staying at the "Tidal Treasure" house. We had enough bedrooms for three couples and the grandkids were in the "bunk" room and loved being in their own
  section of the house. That room is up a different set of stairs but is not far from the Primary bedroom.Our grandkids are all over 10 and I'm not sure that it would work for younger children. Each bedroom has it's own bath which is very helpful.
  *The kitchen is well-equipped, though we only had breakfast and lunch there and ate out each night as there are so many great restaurants. (34 Degrees North at The Beaufort Hotel is our favorite!) The kids loved the pickleball courts and the dock. The pool was not open yet in April and I know they would love it as it is a huge complex. We sat down by the water many nights watching the sun set and it was lovely as there were dolphins and horses on Carrot Island.
  *The home is pet friendly and it was cheaper to pay the pet fee than to board two pups. They loved walking around the neighborhood.
  *The house was accurately described and was very clean and well maintained.I highly recommend this property and plan on renting it again one day. My family was very pleased with everything and it was the perfect gathering spot for all of us.
