New to the Rental Market!! Come spend your vacation at this newly remodeled home in Emerald Isle. It is really the Salt & Light of the world. Just a short walk to a private beach access area where you can soak up the sun and enjoy riding the waves. With three bedrooms, this townhome has plenty of room for everyone including your furry friend.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bath, a Roku TV, and a walk-in closet for everything you bring. The other two rooms have a bunk bed in one and a full size bed in the other. There even is an outside shower to get all the sand off or just enjoy a hot steamy shower under the stars. We offer free internet so you can stay connected and watch your favorite streaming shows.

The home is in walking distance to the beach, grocery's, waterpark, putt-putt and more. Plan you vacation with us and enjoy everything Emerald Isle has to offer.

    We stayed here for five months as home base for a local research project, and it worked out great. The place is spacious and functional, and the neighbors welcoming. The property manager was responsive when we had any concerns. Convenient location, walking distance from many amenities (grocery stores, coffee shop, surf shop, pub, and the beach), and a short drive to leave the island and get back on main roads. Overflow parking was always available if we needed more than our two assigned spots. There are a few quirks (kind of a weird bench situation at the dining table, outlets all buried behind beds in the small bedroom) but nothing that would stop me recommending it.

    The unit exceeded our expectations. 5 minute walk to beach. Quite area. Ample parking. Well furnished and clean. Walking distance to everything. Property management fee was a bit higher than anticipated including daily rental taxes. Will rent again.

    We were so fortunate to find this last minute rental in the summer season. It was perfect for our family. The PM company was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed their timely assistance. This is beautifully furnished, had everything we needed, and we loved the location. It felt like such a bright, airy oasis! We can't wait to return to EI!
