Welcome to Sun-Kissed- located in the colorful Sea Dreams community! This 4 story home is perched high on a dune, boasting gorgeous views from all 5 decks of the Atlantic Ocean, the ICW, Oceanana Pier, and the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. Community features an oceanfront pool with comfortable seating, a sand court to play volleyball, and a private community beach access to the ocean from the pool area.
Home décor has a tropical feel, to keep you in vacation mode all day long. Linens and towels are included with this rental. After a fun day at the beach, come back to the house to relax and cook dinner in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen, or head out to the many amazing restaurants we are so lucky to have here in Atlantic Beach.
Visit close by Fort Macon for gorgeous and cool ocean views and breezes, and learn a little history. Hike the Fort Macon Nature Trails, sound side or ocean side. Catch a movie at the Atlantic Beach Station movie theater, and then grab a slice of pizza at Michelangelo's and then ice cream for dessert at AB Ice Cream & Sweet Shop! Rent a jet ski, or go deep sea fishing! Spend a day browsing beautiful old homes in Beaufort, and enjoy the quaint town waterfront boardwalk with plenty of shops and restaurants. Take a ride on the Double Decker red bus with our local Historical Society. Learn all about Blackbeard the Pirate at the Maritime Museum. Tour the ICW on the Waterbug boat, or head out to Cape Lookout on the Cape Lookout Catamaran. Or schedule a fancy dinner cruise aboard the Crystal Coast Lady! The Crystal Coast has something fun for everyone!
During Prime Summer Season the house rents from Saturday-Saturday only, and the home features a no contact check in/out for your safety and convenience.
HOA rules and septic allowances state 6 guests only, and guests can choose from a number of different bedrooms to sleep in while on their vacation.
Pets are welcome, dogs only, no more than 2. Please add pet fee at time of booking. Property manager will add second pet fee when notified of a second pet coming.
Pool opens the weekend before Memorial Weekend, and usually closes the beginning of October or as weather gets colder.
Guests must be 25 years old to book this home. No smoking allowed.
Please inquire about monthly off season opportunities and a more flexible check in schedule. Minimum 7 night reservations only-all year long. Home is open to longer term stays in the off-season.
Accommodations to choose from for guests:
Entrance level: This floor has a total of 4 bedrooms to choose from. 1. Master with a King size bed and private full bath. 2. A queen with a private full bath. 3. Another queen bedroom. 4. A twin bunk bed room with the laundry in a closet. The second queen bedroom and the bunk bedroom share a hall full bathroom.
Up the stairs at the entrance: This floor has the kitchen, the spacious living room, the dining area off the kitchen, a full bathroom with a stand up shower, and two beautiful porches-one off the living room is a screened in porch, and the one off the dining area is a front balcony porch. Both have lovely ocean views! There is a spiral staircase off the kitchen, which leads to the very top floor!
Top floor: Up the fun spiral staircase, the owners have set up a King size bed, small tv, and the area has a French door that opens to a tiny balcony with amazing views.

  We had a great family vacation at Sunkissed! The house was within a short walking distance to the beach and pool. The house was spacious and well equipped with kitchen needs. The property manager was attentive to any questions and needs you might have. All in all a great house for a big family. If I had to mention any drawback about the house it would be the other king bedroom was up the spiral staircase off the living room and noise may be an issue. We enjoyed seeing Fort Macon, the aquarium and visiting nearby Morehead City and Beaufort.

  We were extremely pleased with how clean and how large this property was. It was well stocked with most everything you would need. The location is great and the walk to beach and pool was only a couple of minutes. The entire development is very dog friendly too. The management company was very responsive as well.Our only suggestion would be to add a blanket in each bedroom.
