  Great location with direct ocean views. Comfortable accommodations with well provisioned kitchen and appliances. The second and third floor back balconies offer an unobstructed, private view of beach and ocean.
  
  One caveat, the second floor living area does require a stairway to reach from the ground floor which is great for those counting steps each day but would be a challenge for guests who are challenged by climbing stairs.

  The condo was great! The furniture and design was beach inviting along with being amazing quality. It was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay here, the amenities were great and the beach access was a beautiful. We have a toddler and everything was safe for her and the pool was an amazing plus to have right on the walk to the beach.

  This was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The view is unmatched. Freshly updated and nice decor. Great beach access and the pool was a nice option when we had enough of the beach. Very quiet unit, did not hear neighbors. Questions were promptly answered, only a short drive to stores, restaurants and the aquarium, but you still feel out of the hustle and bustle.
  
  If you’re picky about your pillow, bring your own as the pillows provided seemed to deflate.
  
  Parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle. Even though we were provided with 2 parking passes, I don’t think we would have been able to actually park 2 vehicles at the condo, even using the space in front of the garage. I didn’t see anyone monitoring the parking situation while we were there and noticed several cars without passes.
  
  Overall, very satisfied and would return.
