  The location and size were perfect. The front steps were diabolical and hard for our disabled sister (broken ankle) to climb, and unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working but we managed.
  
  Can’t speak for the others but the primary bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows awful. For the price, we thought they should be more comfortable. Regardless we had a wonderful time with the family and everyone seemed to enjoy it emmensely.

  Everything was clean and the house was very accommodating. From the bathrooms to the kitchen it had everything we needed for our vacation! Nice location on the water just not right on the water and no dock. But the sunsets were to die for.

  Once some cleaning issues were taken care of (one bathroom was missed), the experience was a good one. The house is lovely. It is, however, in need of some updates. The jets in the tub did not work (although it was advertised as working - and the realtor was aware) and the top deck is in pretty rough shape. We didn't receive our deposit back until I asked for it, which was odd and left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

  We had an amazing stay here for a family reunion . The view from the deck was stunning . The elevator was very helpful for our older guests . 10 min walk to beautiful Atlantic beach . House was well stocked the beach chairs and kitchen utensils . I would definitely rent here again !
