Come join us at Almost Phamily for a vacation you will always remember. This beautiful, fully renovated cottage is just waiting for your family to enjoy. With two bedrooms and a pull-out couch, there is plenty of room for your family to enjoy while visiting all that Atlantic Beach has to offer. With one bathroom located downstairs, when you come back from the beautiful, sandy beach, just jump in the shower to rinse off from the day and get ready for your night out on the town. Or bring your own boat and use the ramp at the end of the road. Enjoy your day fishing or just checking out the different islands and shells. Only two blocks away are the beach access, Dairy Queen, a night out at the Growler and other stores in walking distance. We would love to have you visit our home and become Almost Phamily.

    Stay was fine. Partially updated home. Would have been nice to have a vacuum, even just a small hand held one. No bar for hand towel in the bathroom. But these are just small things. I do feel like for the price, these would have been nice to have.

    We enjoyed the cottage very much. It was conveniently located & accommodating. Our kids had a blast. I would only add some venting in the downstairs bath as it was a bit musty inside, but super convenient having with 8 of us. I would rebook!

    Awesome Location. Close to Beach and fabulous restaurants. Biggest complaint, the furniture in this cottage is very uncomfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is also uncomfortable. We stayed here for two months, while our home was being complete, so I think a short stay would be just fine. Property Manager was excellent and attentive to all our needs.

    We had a lovely stay for two nights in this home. It accommodated every need we had with our young son and his wife utilizing the outdoor shower and bathroom off the covered parking area and the older couple was happy to have the bathroom inside to ourselves. Short walk to the beach and even a few restaurants. A short stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

    Generous sized rooms and well appointed cottage. It was perfect for my family for a few days -- an easy walk to the beach and close to all the amenities that Atlantic Beach has to offer.

    We had a great time as always at Atlantic Beach. Almost Phamily beach house is the perfect place to stay for a small family to get away and enjoy the coast. We highly recommend this beach house for the host and the great location. And of course At Wave's Edge who we have used for many years for for our vacation needs.
