  Overall great experience but be aware of the three stories. Can be difficult with dogs but great exits at the first and second levels to help.
  Plenty of room with 5 bedrooms. Great views and easy walk to the beach

  Bella Vista East was in the perfect location. Bright and clean upon arrival. Beach access was easy and convenient. Close to stores, restaurants, and activities. Just before our arrival we received a text from Teresa letting us know there was an issue with the AC. She assured us that a technician would be out the next day. Not only was he there on time he was efficient and respectful. Teresa was available by text and responsive. The bedrooms were large and had more than enough bathrooms for 7 adults. If I have one suggestion, it would be a table on the upstairs deck so you could dine outside. Overall, we had a great experience, in a great house, in a great location. I recommend Bella Vista East.

  The management was very active with communication and was a pleasure to deal with. Nice house but lots of steps. Short walk to the beach and close to things to do.

  We booked our stay at the last minute and were pleased with our accommodations. We have always stayed on the beachfront but with planning our stay last minute we were excited to still be 1/2 a block from the beach. I had 2 chief complaints about the property: the master bedroom mattress was WAY too soft (so soft that my young son took the master and I ended up in another room) and there is a window a/c unit in the living room that is not displayed in any of the photos. It does help keep the room cool (although the bedroom on the top floor still remains a bit warm/stuffy) but it is very loud and made it difficult to carry on a conversation/watch a movie.
